The in-demand Melbourne-based producer has worked with the likes of Illy, Spit Syndicate, Drapht and Bliss N Eso’s past two releases including the ARIA-winning Flying Colours.
For his solo debut, M-Phazes calls on some return favours from the aforementioned artists as well as Muph & Plutonic, Phrase, Pegz and Nfa.
Thus Good Gracious is aptly-named and a banger to boot.
With his electic musical arsenal on full display, joints with Drapht (Where’s Elvis) and 360 & Pez (The Club Song) are easily pencilled in as highlights.
The distorted club jam Music Box, with Phrase, is also irresistable, Pegz is a beast on Blind Man and Eso comes up with the lyrics of the year — Chris Brown-related and not fit for print — on Walk On Clouds.

IN SHORT: All-star
