Police are investigating the death of a man whose body was found beside a rural road in southwest NSW.
A member of the public called police to Wilga Road at Willbriggie, near Griffith, about 9am today after finding the body.
A crime scene has been established, with the man and his time and cause of death yet to be identified.
“We are very keen to hear from anyone who may travel the Wilga Road or the North Kooba Settlers Road at Willbriggie, particularly those who may have travelled the road between yesterday (Monday) morning and this morning,” Detective Inspector Paul Smith said in a statement.
