He had three passengers, including his three-year-old son.
The Wodonga Magistrates Court heard yesterday Joshua Raymond Morris had never held a licence.
His solicitor, Greg Duncan, said Morris drove through the drive-through at Birallee just after 4am on October 2 last year, after succumbing to the “munchies”.
He was stopped by police and taken to the Wodonga station where he recorded a blood-alcohol concentration of .042.
The police prosecutor told the court unlicensed drivers could not have any alcohol in their system.
Morris pleaded guilty to two driving charges before magistrate Stella Stuthridge.
He was disqualified for driving for 12 months and received a $500 fine.
