Minister for Regional and Rural Development and Minister for Skills and Workforce Participation, Jacinta Allan, will unveil the education centre’s new look at 12.15pm.

The Centre chief executive officer Danny O’Donoghue said their focus was adult and community education, which would continue to expand.

“We won’t be changing substantially what we do, but we are changing how we look,” Mr O’Donoghue said.

“The new logo is about presenting The Centre as a progressive, modern organisation, capable of changing with the times.

“The Centre is a forward-looking, progressive organisation that inherently holds its roots within the community in which it lives.

“As a registered training organisation we will continue to offer the local and wider community quality, flexible, nationally recognised training and community opportunities with a clear view toward to the future.”

Ms Allan will launch the new look at The Centre on Chisholm Street, which is expected to attract a large attendance of dignitaries and interstate guests.
