WAGGA police are investigating the alleged assault of a man in his 20s early yesterday.
Police said the Narrandera man received a cut to his head as a result of a fight which broke out in Baylis Street after 3am.
They said the man had been at licensed premises and had moved up the street when the fight had broken out.
No charges have been laid and police were yet to view video footage they believe may have covered the incident.
