On September 22 police reported a MacGillivray man for trafficking in a controlled substance.

Police arrested a Penneshaw man on September 22 for serious criminal trespass and theft from a property in Penneshaw. He was placed on bail and will appear in court.

On September 22, police issued a traffic infringement notice to a Penneshaw male for driving 121kmh in a 110kmh zone while driving on Hog Bay Rd near Western Cove.

On September 23, a Parndana man was reported for driving without due care.

The man fell asleep while driving on Mt Taylor Rd and ran off the road causing $40,000 damage to the 4WD he was driving.

Also on September 23 police reported a Gosse male for towing an unregistered and uninsured vehicle. A traffic infringement notice was issued for an unsafe trailer.

On September 25, police reported a Kingscote woman for passing three valueless cheques.

On September 25 a defect notice was issued to an Emu Bay woman for various issues with her vehicle.
