IS there someone in either Vic-Roads or Wodonga council who may care to explain the reason for the shoddy attempt to “un-black spot” the Melbourne Road between Morrison Street and Melrose Drive?
Is this the finished result?
There is low ramp to get onto it from the east and a road surface lower than the kerb and gutter so that when it rains jet boat racing is a possibility.
From the west you encounter a poorly marked merge from two lanes to one near large trees.
More of a black spot I suggest.
Not to mention the state of both the Melrose Drive-Lawrence Street and Melbourne Road-Melrose Drive roundabout surfaces.
There are plenty of law firms eager to offer their services to victims of accidents caused by such neglect and poor workmanship.
