 Keep our tourist spots pristine

Keep our tourist spots pristine

31 Jan, 2012 11:51 AM
LAST Wednesday we decided to visit Hume Dam, firstly for a mandatory ice-cream and then on to Kookaburra Point for our granddaughter to have fun in the water.

After touring the beautiful area we stopped near the toilets as the water was shallow there.

We were so very disappointed at the condition of the area; bottles, cans, rubbish and even dirty nappies all within metres of the rubbish bins. Surely we can do better than this.

Let’s keep our beautiful tourist areas pristine.
