I AGREE totally with the letter written to The Border Mail by Stuart Paul — Col Donnelly and his committee had the vision and foresight in the 1960s to move from the Urana Road Oval and create the Lavington Sports Club which is the envy of clubs in the district.
I think that the Albury Council should recognise the hard work that Col put into forming this great facility and in recognition of that name the oval after him.
