Mrs Andersen says the dump is inevitable every year in the lead up to Christmas, but this morning she'd had enough.
"It's so demoralising," she said, as she stood in the broken bits of wood, rusty heaters and tattered books.
She pleaded for people to take their rubbish to the tip, instead of treating the Salvation Army like a cheap dumping ground.
