A cheque for $13,240 is the proceeds from a charity dinner at The Cube in Wodonga in October.
The event was organised by a small group from three Border wine clubs.
Many regional wineries and other Border businesses donated goods and services to a silent auction on the night.
Last week Lions Clubs International Foundation donated $75,000 to the project.
The $5 million centre, to be known as Hilltop, is close to completion on the western edge of the Albury hospital.
It will take in its first guests next month.
Hilltop will be used by people from throughout the region who have to travel to Albury for cancer treatment.
