A COBRAM man and a Koonoomoo couple have been charged with drug trafficking after police raids on Friday netted amphetamine, cannabis and thousands in cash.
A tip-off from the public led police to the homes where they discovered packages of drugs they believed were destined to be sold on the local drug market.
At the Koonoomoo premises Detective Sen-Constable Matt Prestage said they found a substantial amount of cannabis, including four cannabis plants and at least $15,000 cash.
At Cobram they discovered amphetamine and a generator they believed was the proceeds of crime.
A 33-year-old woman and 48-year-old man from Koonoomoo were charged with cultivating, trafficking and possessing cannabis.
A 29-year-old man was charged with trafficking amphetamine and possessing the proceeds of crime.
All three have been bailed to appear in court next year.
