POLICE have released images of two men who they say could help them investigate a serious assault at Paddy’s Albury.
They said a man, 21, was socialising with friends on Friday, January 11, at the Kiewa Street pub when two strangers approached him.
They said an argument followed and the 21-year-old was pushed to the ground before being punched several times.
Hotel security then escorted the pair from the premises.
The 21-year-old later reported the assault to police.
Detectives investigating the incident released images yesterday of two men who they believe may be able to assist with their inquiries.
One is described as Caucasian with fair skin, blond or brown spiky hair and an athletic build.
He is seen in the security footage wearing a white T-shirt, light-coloured pants and white shoes.
The other person is described as Caucasian with olive skin, black hair and a thin build.
He is seen wearing a black T-shirt with a white motif on the front, light-coloured pants and dark shoes with white laces.
Anyone with information is urged to phone Albury detectives on (02) 6023 9299 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
