A man’s late-night ‘shopping’ bid fails

POLICE have released images of a man they want to talk to after an attempted break-in at a Lavington supermarket this month.

A man tried to gain entry to the store on Union Road, Lavington, about 3.30am on January 10.

He tried but failed to force the lock open on the front door.

The man depicted in the above image is described as being Caucasian and 160 centimetres to 170 centimetres tall.

He is shown wearing a red hooded jumper with a white logo, black pants and black shoes with a white pattern.
