THURGOONA will look to continue its section 1 men’s dominance when Saturday pennant resumes this weekend.
Thurgoona Cats went into the break with a slight percentage advantage over clubmates Broncos and will look to increase that margin when they meet on Saturday.
In the other games, St Patrick’s-Diggerville will lock horns with Wodonga Raiders while the Forrest Hill Galahs have the bye.
In section 1 women, ladder leaders Forrest Hill Magpies take on SPD, with Glenly to play the Forrest Hill Tulips.
Meanwhile, Thurgoona Tigers will look to extend their lead at the top of section 2 men when they clash with second-placed Albury Blue.
In other match-ups, Wodonga Cowboys are up against Wodonga Bushrangers, Thurgoona Sharks take on Forrest Hill Galahs, East Albury plays SPD White and third-placed Albury Black will start favourites against Sacred Heart.
In section 2 women, ladder-leaders Thurgoona Opals will resume their campaign against Glenly Gold. Glenly Blue is up against Thurgoona Jade and SPD will play Scots Smashes.
Meanwhile, Tuesday ladies pennant resumes next week at the Albury grasscourts.
Teams Sands hopes to continue its momentum from before the break when it plays Team Jacobs in Section 1.
Team Wurtz takes on Team Spencer in the second fixture.
