A COMMITTAL hearing involving two men facing false imprisonment allegations was adjourned for a second time yesterday.
Rutherglen men Paul Boss, 43, and his stepson, Troy Devine, 18, will appear in Wodonga Court again on February 18.
The hearing started on November 14 and continued yesterday.
The proceedings were delayed for about an hour yesterday as talks continued between various legal parties involved in the case.
Driving matters against Devine were part-heard in the November hearing.
Police allege the pair detained two people in May last year in a bid to get information about where they could find another person.
