THE Commercial Club Swimming Club hosted the annual short-course AIF Swimming Carnival at Albury during the Australia Day weekend with more than 50 swimmers from Albury and Melbourne. Albury won the 10-person relay while Albury’s Ted Woodbury came second in the 25-metre sprint and Graham Dickie was third in the 100 metres. The Phil Cosgrave Memorial Trophy for the highest point scorer went to Barclay Dowling. The adult club swims through winter at the GT Aquatics Centre.
