RACHAEL Carberry thought nothing of it when the wind picked up yesterday afternoon, and continued with her shopping at Arnold’s Fruit Market.

Then she overheard someone say a tree had fallen in the Wodonga shop’s car park.
She had a quick look out the door and could see the back of her car engulfed in a tangle of branches and leaves.
“I had a look and found there was only a few scratches and some dents in the front quarter,” Ms Carberry said.
Luckily for the Baranduda mum, her kids Peyton, 5, Dayne, 9, and Skye, 8, were inside with her during the gusts.
