CHRISTOPHER John Hargreaves breached Supreme Court bail three days after being granted it, a court heard yesterday.
Hargreaves, 33, was released from Junee jail on Monday to live at Lavington, but he allegedly breached a two-year apprehended violence order on Thursday by approaching his former partner at Holbrook on Thursday.
Magistrate Megan Greenwood was told in Albury Local Court yesterday the woman had become fearful for her and her daughters.
Hargreaves appeared in custody on charges of contravening a violence order and intimidation.
Police prosecutor Sgt Shannon Lewis opposed bail saying Hargreaves had breached Supreme Court bail on another matter within days.
Solicitor Alison Bruce said Hargreaves admitted the bail breach, but he wanted his belongings from his former partner.
The court was told Hargreaves had contravened a violence order in December 2011 and February and April last year.
Ms Greenwood remanded Hargreaves in custody to reappear next week.
