On Saturday, March 16, Mr Peters will explain the finer details of sausage making and how easy it is to make your own snags.
“People can get involved themselves, we’ll have the ingredients there, the meat and spices,” Mr Peters said.
“Then we’ll go through the process.
“Once you know the basics you can make whatever sausages you want at home, you’re just limited by your imagination.”

Mr Peters went into partnership with his dad in 1974 in Urana Road at Lavington’s Peters and Son.
Earlier his dad, Paul, had started up four butchers on the Border, just months after arriving in Albury from Germany.
“He was a very ambitious man,” Mr Peters said.
“He survived the war as a German soldier and I don’t think he was ever frightened having survived that.
“At one stage he had four shops and this is the remaining one.”
