Gath has been booked for four drives including Baltic Ice in the feature race, the $12,000 Albury Pacers Cup.
He will also take the reins on Pensicola, Enerjetic in the $8000 String of Pearls and Starzzz In Order in the $8000 Albury Derby.
A bumper crowd is expected to attend the biggest meeting of the season.
Victorian raiders Flying Pocketlands and Beach Melody are expected to battle out favouritism in the $12,000 feature.
Flying Pocketlands drops sharply in grade after running unplaced in the $30,000 Ladyship Cup at Melton a fortnight ago.
Beach Melody resumed from a spell at Melton earlier this month and also finished unplaced but will strip a lot fitter for the run.
Just by being on course at Albury, one lucky patron will go into the draw to win a brand new Toyota Yaris to be announced at the Harness Racing NSW Awards in October.
The first race of the TAB meeting is at 6.15pm with the last race at 9.45pm.
Commercial Club members are entitled to free admission.
