Team Wurtz wins tough match

TEAM Wurtz will head into next week’s semi- final with confidence after a hard fought two-set win against Spencer in section 1 ladies.

Colleen Gallagher was best for the winners, while Alison Botting was in fine touch for Spencer.

Sands lost the first set but powered away to defeat Jacobs.
