Garry Richard Phillips was jailed this year for disqualified driving, assault, intimidation and two counts of breaking and entering when he appeared in Albury Local Court.
Phillips, 26, had been in custody since his arrest on October 27 last year.
He received 20-months’ jail on the assault and intimidation offences, with minimum terms of 13 months, making him eligible for release on November 26 this year.
But Judge Deborah Payne varied the penalty with his earliest release date now being August 26.
Phillips assaulted a woman in August after an argument and pushed her head into a wall before leaving her Lavington home.
He made threats to his former de facto in October after breaking into her house at Thurgoona.
His estranged partner was away at a holiday resort when Phillips forced his way into her home and caused damage.
Police were at the intersection of Dallinger Road and Catherine Crescent about 6.12pm on October 13.
They saw a motorcycle turn into Dallinger Road and accelerate harshly.
It caused the front wheel to lift and the rider performed what is known as a “mono” for about 30 metres.
Officers followed the motorcycle to an industrial estate and found the high-powered bike outside a unit.
They checked the motorcycle and the engine was hot with the keys still in it.
Police found Phillips and he admitted riding the bike.
A check revealed he was disqualified from driving until 2015.
Phillips had his driving ban extended two years when magistrate Megan Greenwood sentenced him in January. She jailed him for 12 months with an eight-month minimum.
