POLICE believe a body found in the Murray River at Bundalong today is that of a 62-year-old Melbourne man who was reported missing by family.

Soon after a body was found floating face down near Goat Island where the man was believed to be camping with his dog.
Family of the missing man are travelling to Bundalong from Melbourne.
The man is understood to have a medical condition and, at this stage, his suspected death is not believed to be suspicious.
