CHERIE Duke was given away by her sisters Erin Davidson and Sarah Heinjus when she married Timothy Wighton in a ceremony held at Our Lady of the Snows in Bright. She arrived at the church in a 1965 XP Falcon. Cherie is the eldest daughter of Jan and Alan Duke (both deceased) and Timothy is the eldest son of Bronwyn and Michael Wighton, of Wodonga. A reception was held at the Blackbird Cafe, Bright. The newlyweds will live in Wodonga.

Kristy was given away by her father, she is the only daughter of Noel and Jacquie Symons, of Lavington, and Ronan is the only son of Colin and Geraldine Gillen, of Perth.
