WOMEN will be urged to kiss their blues away next month.
They can do so by wearing lipstick in the colours of the rainbow to support the mental well-being of women.
Albury salon Fashion Fingers has joined the Liptember campaign.
“We are not afraid of a bit of colour — it provides a good talking point,” salon owner Desiree Georgiou said.
She said with one in three women suffering anxiety or depression, it was important to help out when possible.
“It’s such a good cause. Women need to look out for one another,” she said.
Mrs Georgiou wants residents to support the cause by dropping into the Smollett Street salon with a donation or pledging online at liptember.com.au/fashion.fingers.albury
Those supporting the salon go into a draw for a $300 pamper day.
There are also six official lipsticks available from the Chemist Warehouse for $4.99.
