Aaron Dalton, 31, is accused of masterminding a syndicate that trafficked $3 million worth of drugs to Wangaratta, Wodonga, Myrtleford, Benalla, Shepparton and Yarrawonga last year.
Dalton appeared in Wangaratta Magistrates’ Court on Thursday where his case was adjourned for the hearing at the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court from October 14.
The hearing will involve four of nine people charged in relation to the alleged syndicate, including his brother Joshua, 26, as well as Justin Huck Verry, 19 and Jai Trevor Montgomery, 25, all of Wangaratta, and Rebecca Howarth, 23, of Sydney.
Kruchan Chandler, 26, Benalla, Dean Griggs, 24, formerly of Yarrawonga, Wangaratta’s Bradley Whinray, 23, Michael Doolan, 27, and Sarah Blackman, 22, are listed in Wangaratta during the September circuit.
