A FORMER Wodonga girl, who left school after year 11 to become a professional dancer, will display her salsa skills to the nation tomorrow night.
Angela McCristal, 27, will perform with dance partner Juan Sanchez on Australia’s Got Talent.
The pair have been a team for the past 15 months.
McCristal attended Wodonga West Primary School and Mitchell Secondary College, leaving for Melbourne after year 11 to pursue a dancing career.
Mother Joy Percival said her daughter only began dancing at 14 and undertook babysitting to help pay for the cost of lessons at Border Danceworks.
McCristal teaches students in Melbourne.
Australia’s Got Talent airs on WIN television from 6.30pm tomorrow.
