ALBURY will take on Yarrawonga in the Ovens and Murray decider for a fifth straight year.
The Tigers prevailed by a point —12.6 (78) to 10.17 (77) — against Lavington in today's Preliminary Final at Norm Minns Oval.
The Panthers led for much of the afternoon, including holding a 19 point lead mid-way through the final term.
But the experienced Albury, led by Andy Carey, fought back in a flurry, snatching the lead with just minutes left in the game.
Lavington's Tim Hargreave had a chance to reclaim the match in the dying moments but his shot hit the post, giving Albury the one-point win.
