GLOBAL pop and R&B singer Timomatic will soon be busting his Michael Jackson-like moves in Albury.
The ARIA award-winning singer and dancer has been announced as the headline act for the “Summer Is Paddy’s” festival (formerly known as Paddy’s Sounds of Summer).
In a bid to celebrate 15 years since the pub opened its doors as Paddy’s, owners Craig Shearer and Jason Sheather have promised that this year’s festival will be bigger than ever.
They’ve locked in 15 acts over four months, kicking off with an AFL grand final this Saturday and continueing with comedians David O’Neil and Lawrence Mooney, DJ Josh (from hit TV series The Block) and the Robbie Williams and Bon Jovi tribute shows.
“It’s going to be massive,” Mr Shearer said.
“For the first time, the hotel will be holding an Oktoberfest celebration as well as introducing a moonlight cinema.
“It’s also true that we do have some plans drawn up to refurbish our front bar in the early part of next year.
“In the meantime, we’ll continue to do what Paddy’s has always done best - and that’s bring great entertainment to the people of Albury.”
