A GLENROWAN service station was temporarily closed this morning after a truck incident near a petrol bowser.
Wangaratta police said a semi-trailer clipped a petrol bowser barrier and ruptured its diesel tank at the BP service station on the southbound lanes of the Hume Highway about 6.15am.
A small leak was discovered and the petrol bowser area was closed for about 30 minutes as workers secured the area.
The area has now been reopened but the truck is yet to be removed from the scene.
