After being thumped by Geelong 49-24 in its opening contest, the O and M hit back with a 47-39 win against Metro West and a narrow 47-41 loss to Yarra.
Wangaratta’s Ian Brimblecombe led the best performed O and M rink with two wins.
O and M spokesman John Fisher said the competition had been intense.
“There was some very good bowls played,” Fisher said.
Metro West accounted for Sandbelt 46-44 while Murray Mallee edged out Bendigo Campaspe 45-43 in the other semi-final.
Metro West defeated Murray Mallee 47-43 in yesterday’s final.
The championships attracted teams from the 16 groups throughout the state.
