Adam Glazebrook, 35, failed to appear at Wodonga Magistrates Court yesterday to face charges of armed robbery and theft.
It is alleged Glazebrook entered Pizza Heaven in Mayfair Drive about 10.30pm on Saturday, September 21 last year.
Police say Glazebrook was wearing a balaclava and wielding a kitchen knife.
They say he demanded cash from the lone employee.
He was arrested soon after in Melrose Drive, having allegedly stolen $1200.
Magistrate Ian Watkins issued the warrant.
