“Sex symbols” from the fictional North Arm Nursing Home for the Blind, A J MuRiel and MaVis, will perform their two-hour show, Bustin Out, over the next two weekends.
They are determined to raise awareness — and $50,000 — for the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
They hope to build on their tour of Outback Australia when they raised more than $15,000 in 15 weeks.
The Sunshine Coast women’s biggest prop is a hot-pink “Booby Bus”.
A J MuRiel is a singer- songwriter and MaVis a self-declared show-off.
Their show will be held at Corryong Sporting Complex tomorrow at 8.30pm and the Bridge Hotel at Jingellic on Saturday at 10pm.
There will be shows at the Victoria Hotel, Tallangatta, next Friday and Myrtleford’s Railway Hotel on February 1.
