Hill, 27, played for the Hawks’ fierce Murray league rival Cobram last year but has returned to play under new coach Leigh Ramsdale.
Hill is a best and fairest winner at Shepparton in the Goulburn Valley league and adds further class to a Barooga list getting stronger by the week.
The Hawks also unveiled Bo, Natt and Seb Nixon this week. Morris medallist Tim Hargreaves, Will Gorman, Chris Wilson, Jack O’Callaghan, Tyler Murfitt, Terence Jones, Gareth Oughton, Ben McNeill, Joel Kirk and Maribyrnong Park’s James Philpot and Marcus Smith have also signed.
