Police said the 41-year-old man from Greenvale in Melbourne was driving down the Great Alpine Road on Friday night when he suddenly tried to turn right into oncoming traffic — Bright police on patrol.
An officer said the man was “clearly very intoxicated” and refused a preliminary breath test.
He was charged with refusing a breath test.
