Headlining the field will be Australian international rider Ty Proctor.
Proctor recently signed for his sixth consecutive season with Wolverhampton in the British Elite Speedway League and will use the meeting to tune up before heading overseas.
The Border’s Mark Jones will also be riding, having spent the past three years racing in Europe.
Albury-Wodonga Motorcycle Club’s Neville Power said it was a great card at the Diamond Park speedway, with the 500cc bikes being the main act.
“The main support class to the senior riders will be the under-16 future stars on their 250cc machines,” he said.
“The rider to watch in this class will be Jimmy Jones, also of the Hunter Valley, who finished third in the Australian Championship for his class held in Adelaide over the Australia Day weekend.
“Local club representation will be provided by Mark Jones in the senior class and youngster Aden Clare, who has recently stepped up to the 250cc class.”
Gates open at 5pm today, with practice at 6pm and racing at 7pm.
Cost of entry is $10 per car.
