Police claim Jolene Ceminara and Melissa Lavakiaho assaulted Mistee Royal after confronting her outside the Canteen Cuisine cafe.
Ms Royal told police she was punched by Ceminara and Lavakiaho during the incident, alleged to have happened on February 27 about 11am.
Lavakiaho, 28, of Tracy Street, and Ceminara, 26, of Danes Street, will contest charges of affray and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
Police withdrew the single assault counts each woman had faced.
Magistrate Megan Greenwood also imposed an apprehended violence order against Lavakiaho and Ceminaro, preventing them from approaching, assaulting or interfering with Ms Royal in any way.
That also stops them going to two businesses in central Albury where Ms Royal works and within 10 metres of her Thurgoona home.
Lavakiaho had asked through her solicitor if she could have her exact residential address suppressed because she claimed she had received threats over the incident, but the request was denied.
The charges were adjourned to Albury Local Court on May 5, with bail continued for the two defendants.
