Public bars close after the last race.
Adults: $25
Concession: $20 aged pensioner
No student concession.
Children under the age of 18 accompanied by an adult will be admitted free.
The first day of the carnival is Thursday, March 27 with the Barlens City Handicap and the Gold Cup Charity lunch at the Albury racecourse.
The official Calcutta and Call of the Card will take place at the Commercial Club from 7pm on Thursday, March 27.
To get there:
Buses will be operating from central Albury to the racecourse from 11am to 2pm, departing from the following stops every 30 minutes:
- Rydges Hotel
- QE11 Square
- Myer in David Street
- Centro Lavington Shopping Centre
To return:
Buses will leave the racecourse every 15 minutes from 4.30pm to 8pm.
COST: $7 return or one-way.
All buses will drop off and pick up at the bus area in Garland Avenue.
There is limited car parking available at the racecourse.
Patrons are encouraged to use either the bus service or taxis to get to and from the track.
Guests will have access to the centre of the track via the gate next to the mounting yard.
Only people with appropriate ticketing will have access to the centre of the track.
