In a see-sawing tussle, the Bulldogs won the final three mixed doubles sets to break the association’s longest drought.
Jindera finished seven up in the men thanks to strong performances from Simon Kilo and Jarrod Hibberson, but Henty cut the deficit to one game after gaining a six-game buffer in the women thanks to a solid performance from Megan Eulenstein.
The Swampies threatened up skip clear when Eulenstein and Malcolm Lieschke won the first mixed before Jindera rallied again to take out another thrilling grand final.
It was a similar story in section two when Table Top Yonex won a heated grand final against Burrumbuttock by one game.
Walbundrie always looked comfortable against Bungowannah Possums in section three, while Walla-North Walla Green won a hard-fought battle against Jindera Roos in section three and dropped only one set in defeating Henty in section five.
Culcairn always had its section six clash against Walla-North Walla under control.
