The image was compiled after investigators spoke to a witness who saw a man loitering in the area around the time.
Detective Sen-Sgt Kevin Coughlan said investigators hoped the release of another picture will generate crucial information to help solve the disturbing incident.
Police have received a number of phone calls with information since the incident on Monday afternoon.

The girl was walking home from school along Lawrence Street, opposite Kelly Park, about 3.40pm, when she went to the aid of a man who appeared to have stumbled.
Sen-Sgt Coughlan said the man, described as being aged 50 to 60 with grey hair and a pot belly, tricked the girl into reaching into late-model black sedan and attacked her from behind and pushed her into the car.
He said the man then hit her over the head with an implement before the girl fought back and managed to get away.
He urged anyone with information to phone Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
