With Albury and Yarrawonga having the second week of the split round off, the trio of former AFL players have opted to play elsewhere over the weekend. Fevola will play for Rockingham in Western Australia after booting 10 goals in a one-off game for the Rams last year.
Pettifer will play in the Murray league at Nathalia, where close friend Craig Whyte is an assistant coach.
Polo has gone home to Gippsland for the weekend and will run around for Bairnsdale.
Former Corowa-Rutherglen coach Shaun Mooney is now at the helm of the Redlegs. Jason Gram, who played at North Albury last season, will make his one-off appearance for Howlong in the Hume league today.
The Spiders are being coached by Gram’s former Hoppers teammate Joel Price. Gram is expected to play most of his football at home club Sale this season.
