After four rounds at the The Heritage course the Vics are yet to drop a game.
For the first time in the tournament, Droop was yesterday forced to go to the 14th hole to win his clash after dominant wins in the preceding rounds.
Murray, 17, is also unbeaten, while the Vics' No.1 and rising star of Australian Golf, Ryan Ruffels, faces his biggest test against fellow Golf Australia elite member Curtis Luck this morning.
After the second day of competition, the Victorians hold a 20-0 win/loss record in the individual matches.
The team of Ruffels, Murray, Brett Coletta, Droop and Blake Collyer occupied five of the top 11 finishes at the Australian Junior Amateur that finished on Saturday.
New South Wales sit in second place, a full 5.5 matches behind Victoria after victory over Western Australia yesterday afternoon.
Western Australia is third ahead of Queensland.
South Australia, Tasmania, the ACT and the Northern Territory round out the table.
