The blaze broke out at the front of a home used by the organisation in Marian Court, Lavington, about 10pm on Sunday.
According to police, a carer saw the flames, moved clients to the rear of the property and then discovered it was his vehicle.
Firefighters extinguished the fire.
The silver Ford Territory was gutted and the heat also caused damage to a white Hyundai iMax used as a business vehicle.
It is not known how the fire started.
Albury police are urging anyone with information to call the station on (02) 6023 9299 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
