He will talk about his recovery from the serious spinal cord injury he sustained during a match against Yarrawonga at Albury Sportsground on April 5.
McQuillan, 20, remains at the Royal Talbot Rehabilitation Centre in Melbourne where he was transferred from the spinal unit at the Austin Hospital in late April.
He had sustained his injury during a routine collision with the leg of an opponent during a contest for the ball.
The McQuillan family say they have been overwhelmed by the support they have received since the Albury player was diagnosed with quadriplegia.
McQuillan is a physiotherapy student at Charles Sturt University in Albury.
He began playing football for the Albury Tigers in 2012.
The club established the James McQuillan Future Fund, aimed at supporting his recovery.
The program on WIN TV begins at 8.30pm.
