COLIN James Ambrym has been refused bail after appearing in Albury Local Court over an alleged break and enter and sexual assault.

Ambrym, 29, was char- ged over the alleged sexual assault of a girl, 15, in her home on June 21.
He has been charged with aggravated sexual assault, aggravated break and enter and committing a serious indictable offence, and detaining a person with intent to obtain advantage.
Police issued a warrant for Ambrym on June 24 and he was arrested at a West Albury home by several officers on Wednesday.
He appeared before court yesterday and was denied bail by bail justice Wendy Howard.
He will reappear in court on Monday.
