ALBURY star Andy Carey is free to play against North Albury at Albury Sportsground on Saturday.
Carey was given the green light to line-up against the Hoppers after umpire Graeme Hughes withdrew the striking charge following video evidence of their clash with Wangaratta Rovers on June 26.
Wodonga’s Sam Wortmann has been booked for striking North Albury coach Jason Akermanis and will front the independent tribunal tomorrow night.
Corowa-Rutherglen’s Gerard Ormond will face a charge of striking Wangaratta’s Matthew Hedin.
