The quartet will run the canteen when Jelbart Park is fenced off for the cup semi-finals (United and Melrose) on September 7 and finals (City and Heart) a week later.
The semi-finals have been played in Myrtleford and Wangaratta in previous years.
AWFA president Craig McDonald said the aim was to develop a blueprint with the help of Jelbart Park tenants, United and City, to allow all clubs to benefit over the two biggest weekends of Border soccer.
But from SS observations last weekend, of more pressing concern will be the state of the eastern pitches which have turned into a bog in the wet winter.
