Supporters of the orphanage Meg’s Children Nepal will hold a charity auction this weekend to raise money for 19 orphans in Nepal.
Items up for grabs include a holiday at Tuross Heads, camping vouchers, $500 of fuel, watches, Nepalese jewellery, patchwork quilts and much more.
The orphanage was set up by the Bowna-Wymah community last year in memory of resident, Meg Ryan, who died in 2003 from spina bifida complications.
Orphanage supporter Daron White said the long-term aim was for the orphanage to be self-sufficient.
The auction will be held at the SS and A Club at 7pm on Saturday.
Tickets cost $20, for information call Mr White on 0401 987 776.
