Bail extended over stab charge

A WOMAN has appeared before court following a stabbing at Les Stone Park on May 6. Kaitlyn Peachey of Lavington had her bail extended at Wodonga Magistrates Court yesterday. She is due to re-appear at the court for a committal mention on October 16. Two other men have been charged over their alleged involvement in the incident. It is alleged the 28-year-old victim was set upon by a group of hoodie-clad assailants, who punched, kicked and repeatedly stabbed him. Police continue to investigate the matter.
